Ladies First Fitness Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a fitness program that steps it up a level from
the normal circuit training fitness program. If you feel like the exercise program
you are following now is becoming non-productive, step it up and join our Boot Camp.
Boot Camp is a one hour team driven fitness program focused on adjustable hydraulic
machine circuit training and various cardio exercises on exercise boards.
The class then ends with post exercise stretching to cool down your muscles.
Boot camp offers a wide variety of different types of exercise
in a team enviroment which helps drives you to your goals.
This program helps to build your stamina and your strength while
enjoying the camaraderie of the other members.
- The average person burns approximately 9.8 calories per minute during a
typical boot-camp workout, which equals nearly 600 calories during the entire 60-minute boot-camp program.
- During a normal workout, people on average work at 77 percent of heart-rate max,
which is considered moderate intensity, but a boot camp workout increases that percentage by 15 percent.
This increases stamina and strengthens the heart and lungs.
- Boot camp is an excellent way to enhance muscle tone and help control body weight. It is a good
combination of aerobic exercise and muscle conditioning and a total-body workout.
