Ladies First Fitness Circuit Training
Ladies First Fitness Center has eight circuit training machines
with adjustable intensity levels to meet each individuals fitness level. Recovery Boards are
placed between each circuit training machine to allow an aerobic training period.
New members are trained individually on each circuit training machine in order for them
to receive the best workout.

The program is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance.
An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit.
The recommended time is for this program is at least 30 minutes, but members can stay
on the circuit as long as they wish.
